Job summary

Keylane is seeking a Senior Technical Application Engineer to own stability, security and performance of the Lifetime platform, a pension SaaS solution used across Europe. You will lead complex incidents, oversee patches, cert management, secure integrations and capacity monitoring in a hybrid setup.

You will work with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues, ensuring reliable services while embracing automation and knowledge sharing in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's in IT or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in Technical Application Management, Infrastructure or similar roles.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic, Oracle DB admin and RHEL environments.
• Familiar with Java-based apps incl. Tomcat, IIS, web services and middleware.
• Knowledge of security practices, PKI/cert management, firewalls and VMs.

Responsibilities

• Take lead on complex incidents and act as technical escalation point.
• Guard and improve availability, resilience, and performance.
• Oversee patching/upgrades for Windows/Linux/Oracle/Tomcat/IIS stacks.
• Manage certificates lifecycle and secure deployments with customers.
• Deliver secure application integrations and end-to-end validation.
• Drive capacity management and cross-layer monitoring.
• Lead resilience, security activities including DR and audits.
• Automate with scripting and configuration management tools.
• Standardize runbooks and technical docs.
• Collaborate with Product, SaaS Platform, DBAs, Security, and customers.
