Redwood Software Nederland B.V. seeks a Principal Software Engineer to lead high-impact architecture for RunMyJobs. You will own complex, scalable, fault-tolerant solutions across teams and domains, translating business needs into robust full-stack implementations.

In a fast-paced agile setting, you will mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and guide architectural direction. You’ll ensure best practices, performance, and reliability while partnering with architecture and engineering

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with 3–5 years in senior staff roles.
• Proven workload automation, job scheduling, and orchestration experience.

Mansioni

• Design and lead large-scale distributed systems with emphasis on resilience and low latency in Java.
• Apply prompt engineering to AI-enabled SDLC tasks including tests and documentation.
• Oversee CI/CD and observability pipelines (Kubernetes/Docker) in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with product management to design and implement new functionality.
• Mentor engineers and uphold engineering best practices and code reviews.
