Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Java and Angular Full Stack Engineer in the Netherlands (Utrecht or Eindhoven). You will design and deliver scalable full-stack solutions, combining Java backend with Angular frontend, and guide engineering teams through delivery lifecycle.

Expect close client collaboration, design guidance, and a modern, cloud-native stack using Docker/Kubernetes. You bring 8+ years of experience, strong Java and Angular skills, and preference for AI-powered tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, delivering enterprise-grade full-stack apps.
• Deep hands-on Java and Spring Boot or Quarkus expertise; production-ready Angular and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to lead or technically guide software engineering teams and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus and Angular/TypeScript.
• Lead engineering teams, set direction, priorities and review solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technology outcomes and provide updates on progress.
