Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Java and Angular Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver scalable digital solutions for leading organisations. You combine Java backend with Angular frontend and take technical ownership across the delivery lifecycle.

You will mentor teams, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate with clients to translate business needs into robust cloud-native applications built with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional software development experience in enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Deep hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot or Quarkus, and production-ready Angular/TypeScript.”

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus, Angular and TypeScript.
• Lead engineering teams in day-to-day technical delivery by setting direction and coordinating priorities.
• Engage directly with clients to clarify requirements, align expectations and provide transparent updates on progress and risks.
• Develop production-ready Angular applications and integrate with Java-based backend services via REST and async APIs.
• Define and safeguard engineering standards using DDD, SOLID and Clean Architecture.
