Senior IT Transformation Program Manager | T-Systems Netherlands

Looking for your next challenge in cloud transformation? We are hiring a Senior IT Program Manager to lead one of the largest SAP-to-Azure transformation programmes in the Netherlands.

Are you an experienced IT Program Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex transformation programmes and building strong customer relationships?

At T-Systems Netherlands, we're looking for a Senior IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale Azure transformation programme supporting a business-critical SAP environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting customer requirements, delivery teams and operational services, ensuring programmes are delivered successfully while maintaining stability, service quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a highly visible role with significant impact. You'll operate at the intersection of transformation, service delivery, customer engagement and cloud adoption, working closely with both senior stakeholders and technical teams.

The programme you're leading is substantial in scale and complexity, covering 36 SAP landscapes and more than 340 SAP SIDs, with ongoing migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure. You'll be responsible for bringing together multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, overseeing governance and helping steer strategic decision-making.

Success is not only about planning and delivery; it's about creating trust, aligning stakeholders, managing expectations and helping customers navigate change. You'll work closely with senior customer stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, service delivery managers and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into tangible results.
