Job summary

Eswelt, on behalf of a client, seeks an experienced Program Manager HSE to lead a strategic IT data program within a complex industrial environment. You will align program outcomes with data architecture, SAP landscapes, and governance standards across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive data-driven transformation while challenging partners to meet IT architecture and master data requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an IT Program Manager in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, external partners, and senior management.
• Experience managing large-scale data, digital transformation, or enterprise IT programs.
• Good understanding of data architecture, data models, and master data principles.
• Experience working within or alongside SAP environments.
• Able to challenge implementation partners and validate solutions against architecture, processes, and IT standards.
• Strong governance skills, including coordination of program boards and steering committees.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Affinity with data-driven programs; previous HSE experience is an advantage but not essential.

For a client of Eswelt, we are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager HSE to take ownership of a strategic HSE and data program within a complex industrial environment.

In this role, you will represent the internal IT organization and manage the program across multiple business and technology stakeholders. A key focus will be ensuring that the solutions being developed fit within the wider data architecture and SAP landscape, while validating that the right processes, standards, governance, and master data considerations are followed.

Your Profile
