BGTS International is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead complex IT projects in the finance sector. The role is onsite in Amsterdam and emphasizes governance, planning, and agile practices using JIRA and Confluence.

You will drive business outcomes, manage dependencies, and report progress to senior leaders. The successful candidate will have 6–10 years in project management, with at least 4 years in agile environments, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors

Formación

6-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years managing agile projects using JIRA and Confluence.
Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead complex IT projects in Finance area, including software initiatives within the organization.
Set priorities, create plans, and allocate resources within the PMO according to strategic priorities.
Manage every phase of complex companywide projects with clear business objectives and milestones.
Drive governance, planning, dependencies, risk mitigation, and progress reporting to leadership.
Use JIRA dashboards and Confluence reports to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Mentor teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and promote continuous improvement.
