Job summary

Luscii in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to build and improve mobile apps that connect people, devices and healthcare, delivering reliable digital health solutions.

You will own features from prototype to production, work with Swift/SwiftUI, BLE integrations and MVVM architecture, and thrive in a Holacratic, autonomous team that values collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an iOS or mobile developer
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field with Agile experience
• Experience writing unit tests and/or UI tests
• Understanding of OO design and MVVM
• Experience with web services, cloud technologies and APIs; memory management, multithreading, networking
• Open to working in a Holacratic organization
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize iOS applications using Swift, focusing on performance, reliability and user experience
• Contribute to architecture and modular codebase development
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts to explore ideas early
• Create intuitive UI/UX tailored to iOS devices
• Develop and maintain features that communicate with BLE devices
• Troubleshoot production issues and review code for robust implementations
• Explore SwiftUI and other mobile technologies to improve our apps
