Job summary

Luscii is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to build and improve mobile applications that connect people, devices and healthcare. You will shape technical direction, own parts of the codebase and contribute beyond your core role in a Holacratic environment.

You will develop with Swift, focus on performance and usability, integrate BLE devices, and collaborate with development, QA and support. The role is remote-first across The Netherlands with a 32-hour full-time schedule and a salary of

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an iOS or mobile developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, with Agile experience.
• Experience writing unit tests and/or UI tests for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and MVVM.
• Experience with web services, cloud technologies and APIs, plus debugging memory management, multithreading and networking.
• Willingness to work in a Holacratic organization and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize iOS applications using Swift with focus on performance, reliability and user experience.
• Contribute to application architecture, technical design and modular codebase.
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts to validate ideas early.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and experiences for iOS devices.
• Develop and maintain features that communicate with BLE devices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review code and help colleagues make sound implementation decisions.
• Explore SwiftUI and other mobile tech developments to improve our apps.
