Job summary

FiSer Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Consultant to lead transformation projects for insurance clients and support implementation from start to finish.

You will mentor teams, manage complex programs, and advise on regulatory change, digital transformation and operational improvement. Fluency in Dutch and English and a Netherlands-based work authorisation are required.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or consulting.
• Experience in leading transformation, change-management or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, operating models and technology developments.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a practical, can-do mindset.
• An existing network within the Dutch insurance market is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Currently based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects for insurance clients, structuring challenges, developing solutions and supporting implementation from start to finish.
• Manage project delivery with clear communication, transparency and actionable insights.
• Advise clients on regulatory change, digital transformation and operational improvement.
• Create clear insights, recommendations and senior stakeholder updates.
• Build trusted relationships with insurers and key industry stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and support multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to FiSer’s Insurance practice through knowledge sharing and business-development support.
