Job summary

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant for Insurance and Digital Insurance to join our Amsterdam team. You will work on strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign and operational excellence across international client projects.

You will develop our offerings, contribute to business development and collaborate with colleagues worldwide, leveraging your insurance knowledge and interest in data and AI to drive client value and transformation.

Qualifications

Master's degree completed.
2–6 years of consultancy experience.
Knowledge of the insurance sector.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Interest in data and AI and ability to develop expertise.
Dutch and English communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

Engage in projects on strategic positioning and new business orientations.
Contribute to organisational redesign, business re-engineering and operational excellence.
Support development of Sia’s offers and participate in business development.
