Sia is seeking a Manager Insurance to lead project teams from our Amsterdam office or client sites. You will drive growth, develop client relationships, and produce compelling proposals while mentoring junior staff.

• Experience delivering change in a top-tier insurance context.
• Growth and client development experience are essential.

• Deep understanding of insurance products, processes and insurtech/fintech.
• Strong network within the Dutch insurance market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
