Achaté is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant influencer marketing experience is required.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC or consumer brands is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own influencer marketing activities across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• Develop and execute influencer strategy across NL, BE and DE.
• Identify and recruit relevant influencers and creators.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top creators.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts and collaborations.
• Negotiate paid, gifted, affiliate and performance-based partnerships.
• Create briefs and concepts with marketing and creative teams.
