Job summary

The Quality Group in Amsterdam is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager Netherlands (gn) for ESN to build relationships with social media influencers, develop creative campaigns, and drive engagement for ESN across our channels.

You will collaborate with content creators and cross-functional teams, monitor campaign performance with key metrics, and stay ahead of trends to optimize future strategies in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or social media management within the fitness or nutrition industry in the Netherlands.
• Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker able to develop engaging campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• You identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision
• You develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention
• You collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers
• You monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future strategies
• You organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing
