Job summary

Sunweb Group seeks an Influencer & Community Specialist to lead influencer partnerships and campaigns across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will join the Social & Influencers Team and coordinate with Market Leads, the Creative Studio, Production and external partners in a hybrid setting in Rotterdam or Antwerp.

Fluent Dutch and professional English are required along with 3+ years in influencer marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or community management.
• Hands-on experience creating, managing or coordinating influencer campaigns targeting Dutch and Belgian audiences.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with influencers, creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute influencer campaigns across assigned markets, from briefing through to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies and other external partners.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Market Leads, the Creative Studio, Production teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with our brand standards.
• Manage and engage online communities across relevant social media channels.
• Publish and amplify content created by internal teams, influencers and creators.
• Monitor campaign performance, community sentiment and emerging social media trends.
• Identify opportunities and proactively address community-related challenges.
• Manage influencer and creator campaign budgets.
• Continuously improve and scale influencer and creator collaboration processes across markets.
