Yetigel BV based in Roermond, Netherlands, seeks an Experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer and Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance of refrigeration installations and on-site equipment. The role combines refrigeration expertise with multi-technical maintenance across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems.

Ideal candidates hold a refrigeration/AC diploma, have 10+ years in industrial refrigeration (NH3/CO2/glycol), and are fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in refrigeration and air conditioning or equivalent (EQF level 4–5).
• Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial refrigeration with hands-on maintenance.
• Expertise in compressors, controls, cooling towers, pumps, and refrigeration automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and optimize industrial refrigeration systems, including冷refrigeration units and air conditioning.
• Maintain production equipment and site utilities (electromechanical, pneumatic, automation, conveyors, pumps).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot leaks, pressure, regulation, and equipment faults.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, energy performance, and equipment reliability.
• Occasionally supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors.
