Overview

The Refrigeration Engineer Specialist is part of the Design & Engineering team, focused on all global projects.

What you'll do

• Lead refrigeration design across the full project life cycle — from concept through operational support.
• Develop and deliver refrigeration solutions for warehouse development projects.
• Prepare tender packages for suppliers in coordination with project engineers.
• Monitor engineering progress with a focus on quality and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Support business development with budgeting and technical input.
• Collaborate with operations to continuously improve refrigeration systems.

Who we're looking for

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in refrigeration design.
• Strong background in refrigeration systems (experience with suppliers or engineering firms).
• Ability to design full systems, including load calculations and equipment selection.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
