Job summary

GEA is seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver advanced training on heating and refrigeration technologies at our Den Bosch academy. You will create structured learning paths, develop materials, and run live and on-site sessions for internal staff and customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial refrigeration systems, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel to sites as needed. English fluency is essential, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training, combined with knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Proficient in modern training methods and tools, including course design and digital learning platforms.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed training plans and agendas to ensure structured and effective learning pathways.
• Define course content, learning objectives, target audiences, prerequisites, and assessment methods.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and interactive learning modules.
• Deliver live training sessions in various formats, including classroom training, webinars, video sessions, and workshops.
• Organize and conduct on-site training sessions and hands-on exercises for individuals and groups.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, maintain documentation, and continuously improve training programs.
