Job summary

Youwe is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to bridge business needs and technical execution, translating client requirements into scalable solutions across Pimcore, APIs, and data governance.

You will lead workshops, guide delivery teams, support developers, and drive projects from discovery to go-live while maintaining quality, continuity, and measurable client value. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory in a fast-paced digital agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant, preferably in a digital agency.
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is mandatory.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you guide implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring every solution is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.

From solution design to implementation and optimization, you ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations

• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects

• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes

• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions

• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects

• Hands‑on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms

• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with event‑driven systems and API gateways

• Familiarity with SaaS integrations and headless platforms

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG)

• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery

• Experience within a digital agency or fast‑paced project environment
