Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead IAM and IGA operations for enterprise environments in Zaandam. You will oversee SailPoint, Saviynt, ISIM and other identity solutions, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with security and compliance.

This hybrid, permanent role requires 8–15 years IT experience and strong stakeholder management, process optimization, and incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 8–15 years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in Service Delivery Management or Operations Leadership.
• Demonstrated experience with IAM/IGA programs and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IAM/IGA service delivery across multiple environments.
• Establish governance for service reviews and continuous improvement.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for IAM services.
• Coordinate with security, compliance, infrastructure and application teams.
• Drive automation, operational maturity, and service quality improvements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for service delivery teams.
