We are looking for a skilled IGA Engineer (Identity Governance & Administration) to support and enhance enterprise IAM capabilities within a global environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex identity challenges, building integrations, and automating identity workflows while contributing to a secure and scalable IAM landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain IGA solutions, primarily SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Design and optimise:
• Identity lifecycle workflows
• Provisioning and deprovisioning processes
• Access request models
• Build and maintain integrations with:
• HR systems
• Directories
• Enterprise applications
• Support access certification campaigns
• Ensure compliance with:
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Governance and audit policies
• Troubleshoot IAM platform issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams

Technical Skills (Essential)

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of:
