Qualifications
- 5+ years as an IT project manager with cross-functional delivery.
- IAM domain experience and ability to run multiple projects.
- PM certification (Prince2/IPMA-D) or equivalent.
- Proficient with Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum; certs preferred.
- Experience with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Fluent Dutch and English, written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Plan, track, and oversee projects with defined milestones and risks.
- Lead IAM implementations and ensure delivery per agreements.
- Manage budgets and report financial progress to stakeholders.
- Act as primary client contact and align needs with delivery.
- Ensure QA, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
- Mentor team members and promote standardized approaches.
