Dabster is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and operational management of IAM/IGA services across enterprise environments. You will own end-to-end service delivery, SLAs and governance while partnering with global clients.

You will supervise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt and ISIM, oversee access reviews and lifecycle processes, and drive improvements, security and audit compliance across the organization.

• Ensure security, compliance and audit requirements are met.
• Manage resources, budgets and service performance.

• Security: SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PAM
• Experience managing global IAM managed services/support teams
• Certifications: ITIL, CISSP, CISM or CIAM preferred.
