Job summary

Dabster is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and operational management of IAM/IGA services across enterprise environments. You will own end-to-end service delivery, SLAs and governance while partnering with global clients.

You will supervise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt and ISIM, oversee access reviews and lifecycle processes, and drive improvements, security and audit compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end IAM/IGA service delivery, SLAs and governance.
• Lead IAM operations across SailPoint, Saviynt, ISIM and other IGA platforms.
• Oversee JML, provisioning, access reviews, RBAC and identity lifecycle processes.
• Drive Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Lead service improvement, automation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance and audit requirements are met.
• Manage resources, budgets and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, service reviews and escalations.
• Lead IAM operations across SailPoint, Saviynt, ISIM and other IGA platforms.
