Job summary

Rabobank Identity and Access Management Tribe seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into secure, practical IAM solutions for employees. You connect business and IT, define future state with the Product Owner, and guide DevOps teams to implement capabilities while ensuring quality of analysis work.

You will coach other Business Analysts, review requirements, and stay informed on market and tech trends to strengthen designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor0 Master0degree in a relevant field.
CISSP certification.
Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, user provisioning and SSO protocols.
Strong writing skills.
Clear and effective communication in English.
Master-level requirements analysis skills and experience with networking.

Responsibilities

Translate complex strategic targets into clear designs and solution blueprints with Product Owners, DevOps teams and stakeholders.
Develop solutions across domains connecting business requirements with security standards and IAM capabilities.
Plan and organise activities independently within departmental objectives while safeguarding quality and progress of business analysis work.
Serve as trusted sparring partner for business stakeholders, development team and Product Owner; monitor market and technology developments to strengthen designs.
