Job summary

Jumbo Supermarkten is seeking a Senior IAM Analyst to design, implement and optimize access management across our organizations. You will work within Platform Engineering to enable secure, compliant access for colleagues across offices, stores and distribution centers.

You’ll collaborate with product owners and IT teams, drive automation, and support provisioning, governance and incident investigations. Dutch and English communication is essential, with a strong focus on security and efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of Identity & Access Management experience with emphasis on analysis and requirements.
Experience with One Identity, Okta, Delinea PAM, AD and Entra ID; willingness to learn others.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle concepts.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate into IAM specifications for engineers.
Coordinate configuration and optimization of IAM platforms and document inputs.
Configure and maintain IAM platforms including One Identity, Okta, PAM, Entra ID and AD.
Investigate IAM issues and document root causes for resolution.
Support improvements in provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
Ensure IAM compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure and security teams for IAM integrations.
