Job summary

Designer Group in the Netherlands seeks a Senior HV Substation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major 380/13.8kV substation. The project includes HV/MV equipment, protection and control systems, and extensive civil and electrical works.

You will be responsible for safety, programme, and budget, while directing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with the client, suppliers and stakeholders from mobilisation through energisation and final handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HV substation projects at 110kV+.
• Track record in managing large EPC infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Strong focus on safety, cost control and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of the 380/13.8kV EPC substation project from mobilisation to energisation and handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks and commercial performance.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and interface with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
