Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal/Sr Principal in Health Economics, HTA, and V&A to lead complex HEOR engagements for life sciences clients. You will shape strategy, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth while mentoring teams.

You will work across HTA and HEOR offerings, design evidence strategies, and deliver high‑impact insights that support pricing, reimbursement and market access globally.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with a focus on HTA or HEOR.
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service and build trusted relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify opportunities and drive projects at high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and coach 3–4 staff, and contribute to thought leadership and firm-building initiatives.
