IQVIA is seeking a Principal in Health Economics, HTA, and Value & Access to work from Copenhagen. You will shape and deliver high‑impact consulting engagements for senior stakeholders, expanding opportunities and ensuring delivery excellence across HE, HTA, and V&A solutions.

You will mentor 3–4 staff, lead thought leadership, and foster collaboration with project teams and payers, while maintaining deep payer insights and global capability access.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare with HTA/HEOR focus.
• Experience building HQ/global deals and offerings development.
• Strong client relationships and ability to identify payer needs.
• Ability to work from Copenhagen; Nordic exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring capability.

Aufgaben

• Own client engagements from initial discovery to delivery of solutions.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and grow existing and new accounts.
• Lead thought leadership and firm-building initiatives.
• Mentor 3–4 staff and lead development activities.
• Collaborate with DTAS teams to deliver HE/HTA/V&A offerings.
• Ensure high-quality work and adapt to evolving client needs.
