Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a related field and extensive HTA/HEOR consulting background.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop HE/HTA solutions for life sciences clients.
• Experience in driving HQ/global deals and new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of payer evaluation, market access, and value storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-impact HE/HTA projects for life sciences clients.
• Develop and communicate value propositions and payer strategies.
• Mentor and coach 3–4 staff; lead ad hoc work streams on recruitment and development.
• Lead thought leadership and contribute to firm-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure IQVIA capabilities drive client outcomes.
