Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior HSE Manager for the Eemshaven campus in the Netherlands.

You will lead the Health, Safety & Environmental strategy across a large‑scale operation, partnering with senior leaders, engineers and contractors to deliver world‑class safety performance. You will influence decisions, drive improvements and embed safety in all site operations while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health or related field.
• Significant experience leading HSE programs in critical facilities, data centres, construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure or similar high‑risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental and risk management principles and regulatory compliance.
