Job summary

Trevett Services are partnering with a leading Technical Service Provider to source an Interim Health & Safety Manager for a hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands. This senior site-based role requires extensive HSE leadership and a strong track record in data centres and critical infrastructure.

Working with the Project Director and contractors, you will drive safety standards, manage risk, and foster a proactive safety culture across the site. EU work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Senior HSE or QHSE management experience in data centres or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch health and safety legislation and site compliance.
• Experience with risk management, incident investigation and contractor compliance.
• Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Dutch HVK/MVK qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in the EU (EU Passport).

• Lead safety standards and drive a proactive safety culture on the project.
• Collaborate with the Project Director, construction team, client representatives and contractors.
• Manage project risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
