Job summary

Highberg is seeking a Senior Data Consultant HR Tech to help clients unlock value from HR and payroll data, advise on data strategy, and lead data migration and analytics projects. You will coach colleagues and contribute to Highberg’s HR Tech consulting services.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and technical colleagues, translating complex data challenges into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, reporting, data migration, or data quality.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or workforce data is a strong advantage.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or client engagements.
• Affinity with HR IT systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, AFAS, ADP, Visma Raet, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration projects during HR/payroll system implementations.
• Translate data challenges into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Advise clients on data strategy, reporting capabilities, and responsible use of AI in HR.
• Contribute to service offerings and coach colleagues.
