Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Manager, Human Resources for our Venlo campus. The role balances hands-on HR execution with advisory and people leadership responsibilities, partnering with local leadership to deliver compliant, efficient HR support and drive engagement.

You will shape policies, manage employee relations, performance, onboarding, development, and exits, while ensuring Dutch labor law compliance and WOR alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a distribution center environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dutch labor law, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Proven HR experience in the Netherlands, within a matrix and/or global organization.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR support for the Venlo campus and partner with local leadership.
• Provide advisory and people leadership to ensure compliant, efficient HR processes.
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, performance improvement, and exits.
• Manage employee relations cases in line with Dutch legislation and internal procedures.
• Partner with Works Council on policy changes and consultation processes.
• Oversee HR administration, payroll validation coordination, and HR data integrity.
