Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior HR professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design for large-scale programs. The role covers two tracks: US (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, state law) and International (UK Act, EU directives).

Experts qualified in either or both tracks are encouraged to apply. Contributors craft HR scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics that capture how senior HR leaders think, ensuring practical alignment

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading HR programs or CHRO-level work.
• Strong understanding of HR tooling and employment law in practice.
• Credential preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and prior rubric/authorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Construct HR scenarios spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations and compensation design.
• Build tasks across recruiting, employee relations, compensation, HR compliance and org development.
• Develop scenarios involving HRIS tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and benchmarking tools.
• Apply HR methodologies to US and International legal standards and produce reference policies and reports.
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic HR judgment from rote recall.
