Job summary

Spuigroep is looking for an HR professional who can handle HR administration and go beyond basics by improving processes and providing insightful input. You will be the reliable operator for HR tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across payroll and HR records.

The role offers room for initiative, teamwork with six HR staff, and opportunities for development within a hands-on environment. You will be central to maintaining smooth HR operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO level in HRM or Personnel & Labour.
• Knowledge of HR law and regulations.
• Several years in an HR support role.
• Familiar with HR systems, Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve HR processes independently.
• Understand HR laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports in AFAS.
• Contribute to HR procedures and formats.
• Coordinate recurring HR projects such as anniversaries and surveys.
• Be the point of contact for colleagues and managers on HR questions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner.
• Take initiatives to improve HR administration and services.
