Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Lead Engineer High Voltage to drive technical leadership on HV networks (110–380 kV), substations, and renovation projects. You will guide engineering content, manage risks, and maintain client relationships across the project lifecycle within the Energy Transition High Voltage team.

You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, review calculations, and ensure compliance with standards. Dutch language skills are a strong advantage for interactions with NL stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills for multinational projects.
• Proficient in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage for Netherlands projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of HV infrastructure projects (110–380 kV) and substations.
• Act as the technical authority and oversee calculations, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Support proposals, tenders, and business development with technical input.
• Coach and mentor engineers to promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
