Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property managers, turning attention into demo bookings and customers. You’ll own growth channels or run across several, from paid ads to SEO and partnerships, with direct collaboration with the founder to build the growth engine from the ground up.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role requires experimentation, rapid learning, and a data-driven approach to scale high-impact campaigns and product messaging

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own growth channels end to end and drive results.
• Strong understanding of demand generation for B2B SaaS.
• Experience using AI tools for research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data, attribution, and action.
• Self-directed and resourceful with a startup mindset.
• Commercial focus with ability to measure impact beyond vanity metrics.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Experience in marketing to property managers or within hospitality tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels, setting strategy and launching campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers’ operations, pain points, and drivers of software switches.
• Run rapid experiments to test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customers.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to clearly differentiate Base360.
• Track lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution, explaining what works.
