Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Integrated Campaign Producer to join an embedded client marketing team. You will own multiple campaigns from brief through launch, translating business needs into briefs and guiding cross-functional teams to high-quality delivery.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in integrated marketing, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, embedded-agency environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, digital production or a related discipline.
• Experience independently managing campaigns from brief through launch.
• Excellent project-management, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requests into clear, actionable campaign briefs.
• Define campaign objectives, audiences, key messages, deliverables and measures of success.
• Lead project kickoffs and debriefs, resolving gaps and answering team questions.
• Manage multiple campaigns across creative development, reviews, approvals, production, QA, publishing and reporting.
• Review copy, design and execution against the brief, customer need and quality standards.
• Provide clear, consolidated feedback and constructively challenge work that is not strong enough.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities, timelines and dependencies.
• Provide updates on progress, decisions, risks and next steps.
