Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Manager on a short-term freelance contract to manage client relationships and oversee delivery of integrated campaigns. You will coordinate briefs, plan, review, and deploy creative work with Designers, Copywriters, Developers and the broader team.

You will partner with the Account Director to ensure deadlines, budgets and profitability while upholding DEPT brand values and delivering high-quality campaigns for major clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications including digital and direct, including email and banner experience.
• Extremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ambitious with the ability to think strategically and contribute to the agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage, draft and review client briefs.
• Ensure deadlines are met across campaigns and liaise with the Account Director on capacity.
• Liaise with clients, clarify questions, manage expectations and communicate status or recommendations.
• Distill client feedback to designers and copywriters clearly.
• Prioritise workloads and escalate when needed.
• Protect DEPT brand values while meeting client requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of clients’ business, objectives and challenges to advise on communications solutions.
• Build relationships with key clients through meetings and planning sessions.
• Ensure high standards, add value, and deliver projects on time and budget.
• Promote DEPT products and services to clients while escalating issues to management.
