Job summary

DEPT, a Growth Invention company at the intersection of technology and marketing, is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join the Global Studios team. You will create emotive, conversion-focused video, animation and digital creative solutions across social, email and onsite channels for diverse clients.

You will work across accounts, taking briefs from storyboard to completion, lead on multimedia questions, deliver polished outputs and contribute ideas in creative reviews while protecting brand

Qualifications

• Agency experience with brand, direct and above-the-line work.
• Must have extensive experience with After Effects, Figma and the wider Adobe suite.
• 3D experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of the animation/video creation process from storyboard to rendering.

Responsibilities

• Digital animations and video editing.
• Taking a lead on multimedia questions and issues across the team.
• Delivering constructive feedback.
• Image and footage sourcing.
• Taking accountability for flawless design output.
• Taking briefs from start to finish, from storyboarding to completion.
• Contributing innovating ideas at creative review meetings through research and inspiration.
• Protecting brand integrity and guardianship.
• Champion inclusivity and manage change effectively by cascading information to your team.
• Drive the delivery of work on time and to the highest standard by understanding your team's capabilities.
• Support your team members.
• Advocate DEPT® as an employer of choice and support in interviewing.
• Working within existing templates
• Creating new templates
• Collaborating with the team to set art direction for campaigns.
