Job summary

Patrickbeek.com in Amsterdam seeks a Regional Financial Controller to work with the Head of Finance for EMEA and broader group finance roles. You will manage internal accounting, VAT and tax filings, and support audits and budgeting.

The role requires experience in group entity reporting, reconciliations and working with dispersed teams across regions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Experience with TrustQuay/NavOne/Navision (Microsoft) is a plus.
• Experience working with a geographically dispersed team across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for group entities located throughout EMEA.
• Oversee recording of accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Guide staff on client invoicing and accounts payable entries.
• Assist with VAT returns and tax filings.
• Support annual budget and audit processes.
