Job summary

Kyndryl in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Proposal & Solution Manager. You will lead proposal development for RFPs, translate complex architectures into clear business value for government decision-makers, and coordinate contributions from pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams.

You will draft high-quality deliverables, conduct peer reviews, and support sales with tailored messaging while ensuring compliance with procurement standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT consulting, solution design, and proposal development experience, government tenders preferred
• Experience with IT infrastructure, datacenter, networking, storage, or cyber resilience
• Ability to translate technical solutions into government value
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint for documents

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development for RFPs, business cases, and technical docs
• Translate complex architectures into clear business value for government buyers
• Coordinate contributions from pre-sales, solution architecture, SMEs, and delivery teams
• Write high-quality deliverables (RFPs, business cases, project plans, solution overviews) and perform peer reviews
• Support sales and customer engagement by aligning messaging with regulatory and budget requirements
• Improve proposal processes by capturing lessons learned and refining templates
