Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a (Senior) Global Clinical Trial Leader to provide leadership and accountability for complex Phase III trials. You will guide core and extended teams through preparation, initiation, conduct, close-out, and reporting.

The role requires scientific credibility, strategic input, and strong cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders and governance bodies. You will ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained, while navigating a global matrix to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience with global Phase III leadership.
• Strong ownership of end-to-end trial delivery across setup, conduct, and close-out.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global Phase III trials with end-to-end accountability for quality, milestones, timelines and budget.
• Steer protocol development and study design with cross-functional partners for operational feasibility.
• Manage risk, issues, escalation and cross-functional alignment across global teams.
• Oversee trial delivery partners and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Provide data-driven oversight using dashboards and metrics to protect milestone achievement.
• Coordinate preparation of core trial documents, safety reporting, and trial publication support where applicable.
