Job summary

VSTEP Simulation, based in Rotterdam, is expanding its Commercial team and seeking an ambitious salesperson to drive global sales of maritime simulators through partners, direct channels, and new markets. You will own the customer relationship end-to-end, coordinating with internal experts to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires 3-5 years in a commercial role, strong communication, and the willingness to travel about 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a commercial role (B2B)
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
• Able to grasp complex technical and commercial requirements
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time
• Dutch work permit (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities including customer and prospect visits, trade shows, and partner meetings
• Design solutions and build maritime training centers with customers
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to advise customers
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients
• Own sourcing and review of tender requirements
