Randstad NV seeks a Sr. HubSpot Product Owner / Specialist to define and scale the global HubSpot platform strategy, architecture and multi-market MarTech operations. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, governance, GDPR compliance, and lead global technical delivery teams across operating entities.

Responsibilities include unifying data models, managing API integrations, and aligning stakeholders in Marketing, IT, Legal and Sales to measure platform adoption and ROI.

Competenze

• 10+ years in digital product management or MarTech platform ownership.
• 3+ years in senior leadership or managing global initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot hubs (CMS, Marketing, Sales) and data modeling.

Mansioni

• Define multi-year HubSpot platform roadmap and governance.
• Lead global cross-functional delivery teams and agency partners.
