Job summary

Accenture Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Offering Sales Practitioner to lead end-to-end sales for GCCs, GBS, or Captives. You will drive pipeline growth, shape tailored solutions, and build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders to close deals. The role requires deep market knowledge and a track record of meeting sales KPIs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design compelling proposals and ensure feasibility with delivery and solution teams. Amsterdam location.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Italian, Dutch, or French is an advantage.
• 10+ years in business development, multinational experience preferred.
• Proven track record of performance on sales KPIs and objectives.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain key relationships with all levels of internal and external management.
• Good understanding of the market & GCC/GBS/Captives setup; domain expertise in Enterprise Functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth & improve win rates by applying GCC/GBS/Captive insights.
• Understand the client’s industry context and competitive position.
• Align Accenture GCC/GBS/Captive services with client priorities.
• Be a trusted advisor through solution shaping and delivery setup; act as Go-to Market lead.
• Ensure differentiated outcomes aligned with expectations, solution, and contract.
• Shape solutions to services like Automation, Recruitment, Transition, Captive Assist and BOT; drive strategic decisions on deals.
