Job summary

Anthos Fund & Asset Management, an asset manager focused on sustainable investing, is seeking a Fund Controller to shape and lead its Operations function. You will oversee the fund administrator outputs, strengthen controls and reporting, and support both public and private market funds in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

The role combines financial expertise with process improvement and technology to build a scalable, future-ready operating model.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in fund accounting, financial reporting or audit.
• Strong understanding of investment fund accounting, including NAVs, accruals, management fees, FX and reconciliations.
• Experience preparing financial statements under Dutch and/or Luxembourg accounting standards.
• Experience with private markets and outsourced operating models is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and challenge outputs of our fund administrator.
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting.
• Support management of both public and private market funds.
• Contribute to fund controlling activities, including capital calls, distributions and valuation oversight.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, and financial controls through automation and better use of data and technology.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Investments and external service providers to strengthen processes.
