Job summary

Constanter Philanthropy Services is seeking a seasoned investment operations professional based in Amsterdam to co-create an efficient, compliant operations environment for the Investment Office. You will work with external providers, manage risk controls, and help drive process improvements in NAV validation, liquidity management, and trade instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in investment operations with a risk-control framework.
• Fund NAV reconciliation experience is a plus.
• Based in The Netherlands with full working rights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of Lux/Irish fund structures and their regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Work with 3rd party service providers and conduct regular service reviews.
• Build and maintain the Constanter IO risk control matrix with reporting on metrics and vulnerabilities.
• Improve processes across trade instruction, liquidity management and NAV validation.
• Support daily Operations and Technology activities as part of the team.
• Document procedures, controls and train staff on investment operations and risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and maintain records.

Education

Master's degree in finance or quantitative studies
