- 8+ years building software at product companies.
- Experience coaching peers and driving architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead feature work end to end and own architectural choices.
- Use AI agents as a default approach and lift the team.
- Coach engineers, including not-junior team members; provide feedback.
- Drive process improvements and push back on roadmap where needed.
- Partner with EM and PM to align delivery with company goals.
- Measure impact and connect outputs to business outcomes.
